-       End Users: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to make an exchange or return.

 

Return or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please fill out the return form and wait for further instructions. Please note that unless the return is due to warranty reasons, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We do not accept exchanges by mail, but you can purchase a replacement item online or by phone and return the original item by mail. If you need assistance, please contact us.

 

Receipt for a return?

If you made your purchase online, we will be able to track your order information. However, if you bought the product from a reseller, it is the reseller's responsibility to initiate the return process with us.

 

Refund on a different credit card?

No, the refund will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. Alternatively, you may choose to receive a refund in the form of a gift card or account credit.

 

Return eligibility:

-       The product must be in like-new, resalable condition. This means it should be clean, minimally used, unaltered, and unwashed.

-       Care and information labels that were originally included with the product (e.g., clothing) must be intact and still attached.

-       Customized products or special order are not eligible for return.

-       Products that are dirty, stained, damaged, abused, or misused are not eligible for return.

-       Distribution Lyncee does not offer refunds for products purchased outside of Canada. Any shipping fees charged at the time of the original purchase are non-refundable.
